LOW LEVEL

Green Level emergencies are smaller issues, such as a leak that can be contained with a bucket to catch the water, or minor hail damage.

MID LEVEL

A Orange Level emergency is for severe issues that don’t meet Red Level criteria – no one is in danger, but there’s a big problem, like a major leak that affects your day-to-day operations.

HIGH LEVEL
A Red Level emergency is the most critical, presenting a danger to building occupants and the structure of the facility. Examples include a caved in roof or extensive storm damage.
